Can anyone suggest anything to prevent nosebleeds please? My DD 14 has always been prone to them especially after flying. We flew at the start of June and since then she has gotten them once or twice a week. I'm thinking the heat is not helping her either. The nose bleeds can last from 1 min to about 5 minute. Is there anything I can do to help her to try stop them as she is getting frustrated as they can happen when out. Thank you
