What is wrong with me?? Red rashes/bumps

Hello. I'm a bit confused about this. On Sunday I developed red bumps on my right hand finger, which quickly progressed to cover most of both my hands (not palms though). The soles of my feet are red and sore with some bumps akin to the ones on my hands. I had a sore throat a few days before this, with red spots on the roof of my mouth. I also have red bumps on the inner part of my bum and upper thighs, not actually on the genitals, which came around the same time as the sore throat and has become slightly worse since. I've now got the same itchy red rash on my earlobes.
Please, WTF is this? I've never had eczema before, I'm 25, generally good health, always has been. Hand foot and mouth disease? But pictures seem to show bumps on the palms of the hands.

Try and take an antihistamine. It might be hives because of the strange weather we're having.

Viral infection? Rash is nice sideline to those sometimes. Scarlet fever? Unlikely if it started on your fingers but bodies are weird. Six days seems like it might be time to think about medical advice, chemist maybe if nothing else.

That sounds like hand, foot and mouth. It's a viral infection

When my toddler had hand, foot and mouth he had red bumps on his thighs but the GP said that was what it was.
