Back pain

I've got back pain - sort of middle to upper/lower and seems to be all the time or niggling - not stabbing. Seems to have got worse lately.

I'm 50, probably menopausal, take loads of supplements and used to do yoga once a week. Am a bit overweight but working on losing this. Has definitely got worse over lockdown - bad work chair ordered from office?

When I see phsyio/chiropractor they mostly say bad posture (it's not that bad!) and I should do exercises - which I do try to do. Not seen doctor about it.

I take paracetamol for pain relief. Anyway, any ideas? It's really starting to get me down...

Looking for advice on how to help with chronic upper back pain (between shoulder blades and up to neck). It gets progressively worse h throughout the day and I’m struggling to pick up and carry my baby, it’s starting to depress me. Not sure who I can go to about this - a physio, osteopath, chiropractor or acupuncturist?

noting that I am conscious of good posture and use as much support as possible when breastfeeding. Additionally - is a nursing pillow actually any better than a curved pregnancy pillow?

thanks
