Is this heat rash?

Feels warm and bumpy, not itchy, had it about 3 days, upper back and neck only

This is my back, not some Percy weirdness!

I think so, i have had it before and it looked similiar to yours.

I think so too, I have never had heat rash that itched either. And those are the locations I’ve always got it on.

Looks like my heat rash too. I find that antihistamine helps.
