My 8 month old dd has had a lump on her shoulder for months (being investigated at hospital). She saw a surgeon yesterday who said it would have to be surgically removed, and he thought it could be an infected cystic hygroma. I've googled this but it seems that they usually occur on the neck, and in some of the picture they look like they can be huge. Fortunately dd's isn't very big. I just wondered iof anyone knows anything about this?
