Lump behind 4 week olds ear

noticed a lump behind baby’s ear this morning , wss as wondering if anyone can offer any reassurance or experience in this. Awaiting a call back from GP but currently a ball of anxiety. Tried Googling but doesn’t come up with anything for young babies, just older children and adults.

It might just be a swollen gland

Probably a swollen gland or lymph node. Very common, please don't worry, you're doing the right thing asking the GP.
