Anyone drank this and felt the benefits? Received a mixed flavour of 12 yesterday from Amazon and so far I like the taste. I'm just wondering if it's actually beneficial for health

Love kombucha and for a while we made our own too. We always use it after tummy bugs too and find it helps get things back on track.
