I have stopped before, but started again when things get too much. I find if any one else knows I go a bit rebelious and can't stop because I think f them.

Yuck yuck yuck! I stopped smoking 4.5 years ago. I am gagging for a fag most days at the mo. Prob the depression. No vodka substitute, just vodka. It's revolting! Anyway, there's none left and I've had a clearout of bottles.

Have you given him that lovely jamjar full of fag-ends and water to smell? It smells much the same as a smoker.
