Does anyone who suffers from thyroid disease struggling with lack of concentration at times?
I have recently been really struggling to concentrate on tasks at work and I can only think its because of my thyroid.

Yes, I have terrible brain fog. Not as bad as when I was first diagnosed hypothyroid but I used to be really quite sharp and quick-witted - now my brain is like cold porridge.

Brain fog, yep I added vit d spray and that’s helped things as I was feeling really lethargic and foggy couldn’t focus and adjusted when I took my meds. Don’t just accept it, get to gp for a blood test.

Yes, I recently had my dose increased because my TSH had gone up. The main symptoms were inertia and poor concentration

Yes; it usually means my medication needs adjusting.

@EllaPaella
My tsh has gone up slightly from 0.24 to 0.47 but mine is suppressed due to cancer. I wouldn't have thought such a small increase in tsh would affect my body much.
