Dd (2) complaining and very distressed over pins and needles - happening more and more - should I take it seriously?

This started a fwe months ago when dd started saying she had "fizzy feet" and getting generally distressed and agitated.

Now she complains several times a day that she has "needles" and today was the worst when she was sobbing and sobbing for ages.

I've noticed she sits with one leg tucked under her in the car seat, so that might explain it when we're out and about. But I can't understand the other times.

I don't do anything other than cuddle her and rub her feet, but it does seem to be happening rather a lot.

Is this normal? Or something I should be pursuing with GP?

If I was you I would take her to the GP, just in case...

I think I'll make an appointment. Feel like we live in the surgery atm!

Bumping again for any more ideas?

How did you get on with the GP? We are having the same problem with ds (4.6).

Sorry, I just realised that this was posted over a year ago.
