I'm finding my epilepsy doesn't like this heat at all. I think I must have forgotten because it's a couple of years since we had heatwaves like this where I live. But I'm having to sneak overdoses to avoid seizures (I can't afford to have seizures - I am my DH's carer 24/7 and he would panic badly, be very frightened and have no idea what to do). Thankfully my GP understands, recognises I know my own epilepsy and accepts my situation.
But - are others in the same boat and reacting badly to the heat?
