Bread sensitivity issue?

I seem to have some kind of digestive issue relating to flat types of bread. For example pitta bread, pizza bases, naan bread. Tortilla wraps and actual loafs of bread seem to be ok. I am also ok with pasta, but I do seem to get quite bloated.

I get a very specific stomach ache (feels a bit like a sharp achy stitch) , I get very bloated and TMI but my stools change to a lighter colour and go a bit loose and mucousy. They also become quite urgent just nearly shat myself in my living room.

Anyone else? Does anyone know what it is about flat breads in particular? Is it a gluten issue? Any insight at all would be much appreciated!

It’s definitely worth asking GP about Coeliac disease. Don’t stop gluten before you have been tested though.

Ok I'll look into it further and book and appointment. Thank you
