sudden pain in c section scar after 16 months - should I be worried?

Not sure whether to be worried or not and having googled words like section scar pain etc (and being frightened silly ) thought I would call on the trusty MNers for some sage advice!

I had am em section in 2004 and an elective in 2006 (september) and have been absolutely fine beyond the odd teeny twinge (been lucky that way!) but today the scar inside (feels like) has started aching and pushing the brake on the car was a bit dodgy - pain only stops if I sit down and lean forward but it does then stop totally.

DS (16 mths) who is a bit of a chunky monkey and DD have both been going on a bit of a climbing all over mummy phase at the mo and I am wondering if maybe I have pulled something inside - has anyone else had this sudden onset of pain after so much time?

I am currently fending off that little voice inside that is whispering words like rupture and horrible adhesions but a little reassurance would be most welcome!

DS is nearly 9 and even now it twinges and itches and sometimes if I twist awakrdly it will really hurt, but only for a short period of time.

I am so sorry about the Spanish, I think it means what do you do/what do you want to do. I sorry to admit that's what happens when you touch type and quiz your daughter for her Spanish test the next day .. at the same time.
I bet her dad couldn't do that!
