So, it’s happened twice to me in the last couple of weeks where I’m getting REALLY obvious damp patches under my butt cheeks and it is really embarrassing.

I’m not a hairy / very sweaty person but it is so embarrassing when I do the school run and can feel myself sweating, making it look like I’ve wet myself!!

Any advice as to what to do to make it stop? I’m late 30s and wondering if I just have to get used to being a sweating mess over summer now ☹️

Are you wearing a body lotion? -try without
Are you wearing manmade fibres? -make sure you are wearing cotton underwear and bottoms.
Have you been wearing the same skirt/trousers or whatever when it’s happened?-take note of what you are wearing next time it happens and see what it’s made of.
is anywhere else particularly sweaty or just your bum cheeks?
Walking or driving? -walk slower so you don’t overheat/cooling seat pad for the car or covers if they are hot leather.
Has it ever happened before?

Get Mitchum roll on antiperspirant and roll it on under there during the summer. If it works under the arms it'll work there too.
