it’s a bit sore if I press on it.

Doesn’t look like a breast lump, can you move it or does it feel attached? I personally would leave a couple of days and then re address,

Looks like a bite. Take some antihistamine and put some cream on too and see what it's like in a couple of days.

Looks like a bite to me too. Treat with antihistamines and get it checked if it doesn't go away in a couple of days.

I can move it when I move my skin, if that makes sense.

Hmm, just found two more small lumps in my armpit on that side. They are sore and felt hot.

Yes, sounds like something has had a nibble. Take the anti histamine and see in a couple of days of it's improved, I bet it does .

So, the lumps in that arms continue to be sore and bothersome but as the day has gone on I’ve now got lumps in the left armpit too.

so now I’m thinking that my immune system might be fighting something off?

Flea in your bra?

You could have slept on your back with your arms up and got bitten or soap is irritating you? Have you tried the antihistamine?
