Nail problem

Hey one of my nails has this ridge in it. No damage has been caused to the nail…it’s just there. Any ideas what’s causing it?

You need to get that checked by a GP c

GP was not helpful when I mentioned it last time

I'd ask again. Not sure what it could be but get a second opinion x
