Breast Cyst again-squiffy tits!

Pretty much as title. Last year I found a lump in my right breast. Doc sent me to big hospital boob clinic for mammogram etc-found out my boobs are full of cysts.
Right boob had lump, left boob, cyst wasnt so bad so only right boob treated. Treatment involved ultrasound scanner to see cyst. then a spinal needle was inserted on outside of boob behind milk ducts to remove cyst contents. Whilst scanner was pressed on to where needle was inside so Dr could see where he was working.
Fair to say it was exceptionally painful-no painkiller. Dr explained they could do it under general but its months for appointment. Very very sore.
Dr said if cysts bother me again, by all means come back. Ha, nope.

This year and my left boob cyst or 'breastcysticle' has gradually got bigger. To the point right boob is fairly pert and normal but left boob is a cup size bigger and well, pointing to the left and down.
From the front, my tits look cross-eyed!
I know its vanity and no one really sees my boobs but its starting to bother me-my bras are uncomfortable, my arm brushes the side of it and I am aware I'm lopsided slightly!
I really really do not want another treatment involving needles and trying to get a Dr appt is nigh on impossible.
Tell me a squiiffy boob doesnt matter? Or should I get it drained too? Any thoughts please?

I’m sorry this was made so painful for you.
But yes, do get it drained again.
I’ve had several drained and there was no pain at all - perhaps if depends where it is? then again, mine caused pain, so it was a major relief!

God - this is officially No Laughing Matter territory OP… but your writing made me spit out my tea! Cross eyed! Brilliant 😂 but honestly, I am sure its distressing and slightly alarming. Sending unmumsnetty hugs (awkwardly, because said errant boob is in the way).

I had a similar discovery last summer that my breasts were so full of cysts the consultant said they're like an Aero bar! I had a few drained at once and only one was a bit sore and the consultant did say before she did it that she thought it would be the sore one based on where it was. Do go and get the others done, they might not be as bad and the relief will be epic....take something maybe before you go painkiller wise as it might help to take the edge off.

Apologies for tea spitting! got DH to take a picture from the front to see how bad it has got and he actually said they look like a drunk Garfield! Grin
Yeah, the right boob, the cyst was on the inside of my boob, because it was deep the Dr had to put the needle in from under my armpit. It was not fun.
Tits like an Aero bar-thats me! Left cyst is more flat behind boob so hopefully easier to access!
How did pp who have had theirs drained not find it painful? I was crying!
