Pretty much as title. Last year I found a lump in my right breast. Doc sent me to big hospital boob clinic for mammogram etc-found out my boobs are full of cysts.
Right boob had lump, left boob, cyst wasnt so bad so only right boob treated. Treatment involved ultrasound scanner to see cyst. then a spinal needle was inserted on outside of boob behind milk ducts to remove cyst contents. Whilst scanner was pressed on to where needle was inside so Dr could see where he was working.
Fair to say it was exceptionally painful-no painkiller. Dr explained they could do it under general but its months for appointment. Very very sore.
Dr said if cysts bother me again, by all means come back. Ha, nope.
This year and my left boob cyst or 'breastcysticle' has gradually got bigger. To the point right boob is fairly pert and normal but left boob is a cup size bigger and well, pointing to the left and down.
From the front, my tits look cross-eyed!
I know its vanity and no one really sees my boobs but its starting to bother me-my bras are uncomfortable, my arm brushes the side of it and I am aware I'm lopsided slightly!
I really really do not want another treatment involving needles and trying to get a Dr appt is nigh on impossible.
Tell me a squiiffy boob doesnt matter? Or should I get it drained too? Any thoughts please?
