just wondered if anyone has experienced similar…
for context I was on the combined pill for 11 years from the age of 16, came off age 27 and got pregnant with my daughter immediately without having a period. My periods came back 2 months after having her as I didn’t breastfeed and have been fairly regular settling into around a 30/31 day cycle (I’m not taking any hormonal contraception). Usually I feel good in the 10 -14 days leading up to my period and whilst on and then quite often feel bad afterwards which I know is unusual. However this cycle for the first time I have felt terrible for the last 3/4 days (period due in 2/3 days). Seriously bad fatigue, awful low mood, crying, angry, nausea, loss of appetite - I was actually sick on Thursday but not since. Does this sound like pms or something else? Obviously I plan on going to the GP but wanted to see if anyone had experienced similar. I’ve also had a really bad breakout of spots (usually get them in my chin but now they’re spreading). Does anyone have any thoughts?
