Burping excessively

I have been burping excessively, every 10-15 minutes and then occasionally the burps get trapped/delayed and that causes alot of discomfort. This has been happening for over two months now. I also have nausea on and off and stomach churning at night. I have been tested for H Pylori. GP also did a FIT stool test to check for blood in stool and all the usual blood tests, aswell as a CA125 blood test. Now waiting on an appointment letter for a scan the GP referred me for. I guess next stage will be endoscopy. It's now my 7th day on Famotidine, so I guess I need to give it a bit longer. I have adapted my diet by removing all citrus, spicy, fatty and fried foods. Blood and stool tests came back normal, but symptoms still persist. I also feel a strange prickly sensation in my upper to mid back on the right side when I eat or drink.

It's most annoying and uncomfortable. I am 46, so I am wondering if these symptoms are in any way linked to Perimenopause. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
