For various reasons I've eaten a lot of crap lately and really want a "reset" to de-bloat me and get me eating healthy again. Next week I have 5days with no DH and no work responsibilities. I'm thinking of a sort of detox/reset, eating lightly, smoothies, salads, vegan food, some yoga, long dog walks. Anyone done anything like this? Any tips? Lots of water I guess, maybe some Epsom salt baths?
