Muscles twitching since covid in April....

My muscles have been randomly twitching daily since April a few weeks after I had Covid.
Mostly my calf muscles and thighs, but can be arms, tummy and bum cheeks 😂
Doctor wasn't concerned.
I just find it worrying how your muscles can just start twitching?!
I have read that they can start after a virus so I'm wondering if having Covid may have triggered something in my body that's made my nerves super excited or something 🤷🏻‍♀️
Anyone else experiences this?
I have quite severe health anxiety and I'm getting help with that, but I made a huuge mistake by googling half way through these symptoms and scaring myself silly after reading about motor neurone disease 🤦🏻‍♀️
Just looking for some other people that have had this.... thanks 😊

Vitamin D deficiency and B12 deficiency is seemingly common post Covid. These can cause muscle twitching & spasms. I used to wake DH up with my legs twitching when I was Vitamin D deficient. Resolved with prescription strength Vitamin D.
Book an E consult or telephone consultation with the dr and request that they do blood tests to check your levels.

This seems common, not just caused by Covid but various factors. Google benign fasciculation syndrome. I've been in a FB group for a few years and there's definitely been lots of people join and say Covid started it.
