Ear still blocked after 2 days - any tips?

It started very suddenly after a shower so I’m assuming it’s trapped water - but never had it for this long!

All suggestions gratefully received!

It's probably not trapped water if it's been blocked for two days, as it would have seeped out by now. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say it's a piece of wax that has moved and it's now obstructing the ear canal. Earex or some other brand of eardrops that has urea peroxide in it should help and is available over the counter. Put about 5 drops into the ear and keep the affected ear upright facing the ceiling for about 5 minutes, twice a day for as long as needed.

Hey, this happened to me recently. I went to a hearing specialist to have the ear wax removed and they took photos which showed I had an ear infection.
I didn’t have any pain either. So I would say hi and get it checked either by GP or a hearing specialist. Mine still isn’t right and this was a month ago.
