Fluoride free safety

I have health issues and heard many with it saying to go fluoride free to get better. Have any of you gone fluoride free with dental hygiene and what was effect?

I doubt you'd have a high enough intake to make a difference if you cut it out. I wouldn't go fluoride free on toothpaste anyway
