Anyone any experience of this rather than tendinitis and if so did you recover?
its my ankle tendon, I had surgery 18 months ago to repair a tear. Had an mri in march and they’ve just rung me to say multiple tears in the tendon and tendon overall doesn’t look good, tendonosis was mentioned.
