Itchy mole

It's been a bit itchy for about a month

It's tiny, like the size of a pin head, the same colour as my skin and slightly raised. It's on my back.

I have lots of moles dotted around my body lots flat and lots raised but the majority are a brown (I am Caucasian and fair)

Do you think I be concerned?

If you've noticed a change then yes. Follow advice and get it checked by the GP so they can assess and reassure or refer.

The fact you're asking suggests you have noticed something is different about this mole. I would get it checked out, that is the advice. The GP will tell you if you should be concerned.

Absolutely get it checked out ASAP.
However my dermatologist told me they'd never seen a melanoma smaller than 4mm.

Get it checked but it’s probably fine. One of my itchy moles was removed and came back fine. Another was looked at by the doctor and decided it was fine. The itching then stopped so am guessing it was stress and worry making it feel itchy. A bit psychological IYCWIM. Get checked but relax and don’t stress
