Is this a trapped nerve?

I’ve got chest pain that is worse in the evening and when I wake up in the morning. Every now and again I will get pain from the neck/shoulders around the left side of my chest. I’ve also hurt my feet and the left one is the one that hurts most. I’ve also got a sharp pain in my left lower back area going through my groin area. I genuinely feel like I’ve got a trapped nerve or something is stuck. I’m due to see a physio next week. I’m only 30 years old but I’m starting to get scared because the chest pain is on the left side. Does anyone know what could be causing this and is it likely they are all related?
