Hi just looking for some advice/calming down. My son has had a bad cough for weeks now. Took him to the GP last week you had a listen and said it sounded weak when he exhaled. Prescribed antibiotics and referred him for a chest X-ray. He has finished his course and a lot better. Today his X-ray appointment has arrived. Why is it needed and what are they checking for?
