Scared about liver cancer

Hi all,
I'm hoping someone might be able to shed some light on what my blood test results mean as I don't think I asked the right questions when the Dr was talking me through them (telephone appointment).
I went to the gp a couple of weeks ago about me not being able to concentrate, very short attention span and feeling exhausted all the time. The gp sent me for a blood test which has come back with the following results:
Elevated alt levels (liver)
Elevated vitamin b12 levels
Elevated cholesterol
Low iron
Normal vitamin d
Normal blood glucose
Normal thyroid function
I have been referred for a liver scan, which will take between 6-8 weeks.
What worries me the most is that I have a very healthy BMI (according to the NHS website), am active and eat a healthy diet of all home cooked meals from scratch with only the one take away a month.
I'm so worried.. can anyone have any idea what these results could indicate?
Thanks for your help

You will have been put on a 2 week / urgent referral if your doctor suspected cancer. Do you have health anxiety?

My partner was recently in hospital for a week a couple of months ago with jaundice, blood in urine, tiredness etc and his bloods showed elevated levels in his liver function. In the end they decided it must’ve been from having been on antibiotics and then having covid not long after. They diagnosed him with drug induced hepatitis and he’s fine now.

If it were something seriously concerning they wouldn’t make you wait weeks for a scan. He had his blood results on the Friday and has his scans on the Monday. I wouldn’t stress until you’ve been scanned (I know easier said than done).

@saltwaterandsuncream
I wasn't an anxious person, but have noticed myself becoming increasingly anxious.
Could there be a possible link with my blood test results and stress?

Something I forgot until just now was that I had obstetric cholestasis during my first pregnancy and was wondering whether the abnormal liver results could be linked....? I didn't even mention it to the Dr

I think actively looking for the worst case scenario in any medical situation denotes health anxiety.

How are you OP?
