Is it normal / do all guys put there hands down there pants & scratch down there and sniff there hands after, several times a day?

Eeewww yuk but I see it when I'm out n about too...
my husband and son don't do this...
Maybe it's a hygiene thing.. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
