I fell backwards at the beginning of June. I fell right back very hard onto my lower back. It took the whole weight Very hard on a concrete floor. I weigh 90kgs.
my back is so so bad. I’m literally rolling out of bed - just in constant pain.
its obvious the pain is in my coccyx and I don’t know what to do. It got a little better after 2-3 days but now it’s been the same ever since. It’s a constant pain. I feel when walking. I can poo ok and I’ve only had sex once since then as I felt the pressure in my lower back.
could it be broken? I start the day relatively ok but if I over do it/walk too much I’m often in agony. I struggle to bend/crouch down on two legs. I’ve been bending down holding onto stuff and only on my left leg.
