Well pharmacy…. Order being prepared. How long?

It says when I signed up recently that it takes 7 days from ordering until my order comes. Delivery is 2-4 days once dispatched. So I’m on some medication for my pregnancy including iron high dose folic acid and vitamin D. So I ordered on Sunday: my order was approved by gp on Thursday morning, it still says ordering being prepared and it’s now Sunday so my guess is that it won’t come tomorrow since it may well just be dispatched tomorrow then come Wednesday-Friday, which is longer than the 7 days stated.
anyone else with well pharmacy and found them to not be as quick as they claim?

Is it not 7 days from being approved by a GP?
And I wouldn't count weekends either

The whole process from order through to delivery usually takes 7 working days. Once you've ordered your prescription online, your GP will need to approve it. GPs usually aim to do this within 2 working days, but the time this takes may vary. Once they've approved your prescription and we've processed it, you'll usually receive your order within 2-4 days via Royal Mail.

Delivery may take longer during busy periods so be sure to order your prescription in plenty of time. We recommend placing your order 2 weeks before you need it.
