DD (13mths) has spots around her mouth

It is red and sore and she has some spots that look like whiteheads. I assumed it was due to teething but these are still here after a couple of weeks.

Any ideas on why they might be there or what I can do to treat it?

It could be a bit of excema from dribble, especially if it is only round her mouth. You could try some vaseline or similar to create a barrier, but you might have to go to the docs for some mild hydrocortisone to actually clear it up.

That would make sense as I get eczema but not around the mouth.
