Should I be worried? (Post op scar)

I had my gallbladder out 6 weeks ago and everything has been healing well. I'm back at work and moving around again. This evening I noticed red around my belly button scar. It is warm to touch. It's not itchy and doesn't hurt. Should I be worried?

It does look a wee bit inflamed. Stick some sudoceme or similar on it & see what it's like over the next 24 hours.
