Hi!
I have a 3 month old baby and think I am developing a cold sore (not sure if I've ever had one- if I have it's been very mild!)
Obviously don't want to spread it to baby so made OH grab some compeed cold sore patches, go to use them and see they are contraindicated for breastfeeding women??! I swear they are just blister plasters but for your lips!! I presume it's due to not testing on the population of lactating women.
Has anyone used these while breastfeeding?
Any advice would be grand thank you.
