Blood after pooping?

Hi im a little bit worried that i have something serious like colorectal cancer. Im a bit of a hypercondriac so i need to just lay out everything thats happening and have someone tell me if im being silly or not. So ive been fine in terms of bowel movements, its pretty normal i think, the colour is always like a medium brown colour and ive never visibly seen blood in the stool or toilet. Last night i went and when i wiped there was blood on the tissue (none on the stool or toilet bowl and stool looked a normal medium brown colour) ive not stopped panicking because i automatically assume the worst, im not really sure what it could be because today i went to the toilet, for a pee not a bowel movement and i always wipe front to back and i thought i saw a spec of blood. So I specifically wiped my anal area and there was a bit of pinkish blood again, but i didnt have a bowel movement? I checked lastnight and today and the blood didnt come from my vagina it was definitely the anal area. I dont have any other symptoms, i get stomach ache sometimes depending on what ive ate but i have no pain down there or anything like that. Please help. Th picture i provided is what it looked like after a bowel movement, the 2nd time when i didnt poop it looked similar when wiping but not not quite as much

As it was there the second time, despite not having a bowel movement, it’s likely a fissure. A small split in the skin that has opened and so the fresh bright blood.

totally understand your concern, I convinced myself I had cancer as I had a period of a huge amount of blood after every b.m. I’m talking all the toilet water was dark red and you couldn’t even see the bottom of the bowl.

I had to wait months for a colonoscopy, it was all clear. Seemingly it was just internal scratching when opening bowels causing lots of bleeding & prescription stool softeners solved the issue completely. Try not to worry but do contact the Dr after the weekend if you are concerned.

Could be a fissure or a small bleeding pile.

The blood is bright and fresh so it's doubtful it has come from an internal source.
If it happens again see your GP for reassurance.
