Would you get this spot looked at

Hi,
So I've had a 'spot' on my leg for years now, I think since around 2014-15. Sometimes it's itchy, doesn't hurt or bleed
Has changed texture over the years it used to feel a bit raised and rough now it's flat and smooth.

Any experts on here that can tell from the picture whether it looks suspicious and should get it checked or just crack on?

Yeah, I'd get that checked.

Get it checked but I have several similar spots on my arms and legs. They started as hard fatty lumps and then leave marks like that.
