Hi has anyone used a boditrax machine at their gym to monitor their health. We have one and i have been traking my weight loss progress with it, Ours gives a metabolic age and i'm wondering if they are actually accurate in what they say mine has a reading that suggests my metabolic age is 13 years younger than my actual age while this is great i don't know if it actually means anything.

Mine came back at 19 years younger! To be fair, if it compares with the general population, it might be correct. Just the fact we go to the gym regularly is evidence we look after our body.

Thanks i have been trying to eat better and exercise more. Last time i measured it was months ago and was only 5 years below actual age. I have lost more weight since then.
