A few weeks ago dh had a red patch appear, went to pharmacy and got antifungal cream but it didn't clear so went to GP who said it was likely discoid eczema. Patch disappeared before dh bothered to pick up steroid cream.
Roll on a few weeks and now both I and DS have a patch, mine on my lower arm, his in the elbow crease. It doesn't look like a ring shape to me, but all I can think of is ringworm as its clearly contagious.
Have booked GP but wondering if anyone has any ideas?
