Sinus aches but no mucus

My sinus's on the left side of my face really ache and sometimes throb. I can feel pressure on my left upper teeth, something that I've felt before when I've had sinus itis. I also have a head ache. There's no mucus though. Should I treat this as sinus itis...like taking sudafed?

Anyone?

Sounds miserable. Could you try some of the facial massage things you get in these videos? They’re pretty good at explaining sinus issues and helping to shift it.

Could it be fungal? I read somewhere sinus problems can be caused by this.
I have constant problems with my left sinuses. Nothing helps me.

Glad you posted as I suspect mine is fungal. I just googled and adding grapefruit seed extract to the saline rinse can help. I'm going to get some tomorrow.

Have you had your teeth checked since the pain started? Decay/problems can present as sinus pain.
