Won't poo in nappy

My 6 week old has not pood in his nappy since he's been two weeks old, he only can go if I do the cycling motions and push his legs back. He has been dealing with constipation since he was 2 weeks, however I am afraid now incase he gets a lazy bowel as he isn't going into his nappy.
He is currently on laxidives.

Any advice
? X

Is he formula fed or breastfed? If he’s formula fed might be worth trying a comfort formula. Not sure if you can get it in the uk but cos and gate comfort formula is really good for babies with constipation. It’s a bit thicker then normal formula so you need a looser flow teat.
