I’ve had IV antibiotics in hospital from last Tuesday until Friday, discharged from hospital with strong antibiotics 3 x a day on Friday. Antibiotics don’t run out until end of Thursday and I have such a sore mouth 😭 started yesterday with a few red sores on my gums but now my whole mouth hurts. My tongue, my gums, back of my throat, roof of my mouth. I can barely drink never mind eat anything. I have got a prescription today for nystan but is it actually going to help while I’m still taking antibiotics? Anybody have any suggestions on how to soothe my poor mouth. Feeling very sorry for myself after a crap week already.
