I've been a bit unwell over the weekend which ended in Sunday evening chronic stomach pain and lots of diarrhoea. I phoned the doctor this morning because I was concerned over the blood when I wipe. It is fresh blood so maybe when pushing earlier I've torn something. This has now lead to when I go the toilet and push lots of red diarrhoea comes away and again when I wipe the tissue is all red. Currently in bed with stomach pains. Is this normal? I'm a bit paranoid something isn't right. Apart from this I've never had any problems with my health.
