can anyone offer any suggestion please

Helloooo, have been suffering with pain on the top of my foot for a couple of weeks now, doesnt hurt when im sitting just when i walk on it, foot doesnt look any different but its beginning to worry me, do u think it is possible i could of fractured one of the little metatarsical (sp) bones, i dont remember banging it but i have been wearing heeled boots which im not really used to tbh, what do u think?

Try wearing them alternate days. Your foot is trying to tell you sometyhing. Give it a chance to adjust slowly and maybe you'll get used to them?

thing is though, would it hurt on just one foot if it where the boots, also i havent worn the boots for a week or so

Hmm. Tricky question. Perhaps you could see your GP about it? I think it would be hard to fracture a bone without some kind of bang!

thanks FA yes i might do if it carrys on but then they might send me to hospital for a scary x-ray cringe
