I’m 52 and for about the past month have noticed when I wake up that my joints are very stiff and achey.
I've heard that cod liver oil is a good one to take.
is there anything else?

Ive also currently got tennis elbow.
Does anyone know of anything that might help? (I don’t mean supplements!)

I've had acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments for my tennis elbow and it seems to be feeling better...
I'm also using an ergonomic mouse and cushioned mouse mat.
