Scared - skin cancer

I've had a scaly patch on my shin for a few weeks, thought nothing if it apart from a patch of eczema. Then discovered raised scaly lump on my and little red pimples on my legs....now an existing mole has become raised, itchy at times and the edges have changed shape. I've got a GP appointment this afternoon but I'm scared. I've got very bad varicose veins...hence the other marks on my legs in the photo!

Honestly op just see the GP. I had a thread on here out of desperation then realised no one can tell you on mumsnet whether it's just a mole or something to worry about. I've been referred to a dermatologist within the next two weeks and so feel better about that, it's out of your hands just show your gp.

What did your gp say?

GP said no concern as its small and to monitor it. Other bit is just dry skin. X
