Ultrasound and bleeding

I’m booked for an ultrasound on Monday morning. I’ve had one before and know they do internal too.
I think my bleed might start before Monday. As it’s to check the lining etc, will they still be able to do it?

Yes

I was booked for US. They'd wanted to do internal but as it was due to excessive bleeding which never stopped they did abdominal.
