Runny poo 9 week old

Hello my 9 week old baby has been having runny stools mainly yellow/green since birth. He struggles to push it out but when it does eventually come out it’s like water. He’s very unsettled and vomits a lot which has only started about 2 weeks ago .We are off to the allergy clinic on Friday but I just wanted to know your opinions .

To add before he goes to the toilet he screams continuously until it’s out

Looks completely normal to me, with allergies you are looking for blood and mucus mixed in, as well as frequency of motions

it ranges from 3/4 times a day to once in 6 days :/
