I was gardening on Friday. After kneeling down, l stood up and my knee really hurt.
When l got inside and inspected it, it is swollen under the knee on the inside round the calf a bit. And around the outside edge.
It hurts to touch, but isn’tagonising. There’s no redness or inflammation. It’s just there. It hasn’t improved or got worse in 3 days. It’s just there. My knee hurts too. Will it just go down or do l need to see GP?
The thought of a packed minor injuries is making me think GP.
