anyone have chronic constipation cause upper abdominal pain?

all tests come back as normal except CT scan showed backed up constipation - which surprised me as go to bathroom fairly regularly

Everyone is different when it comes to constipation and what is going on for them I think.

I've been drinking ió fibrewater (I get it on Amazon) and it has really made a difference to me in a very natural (and delicious!) way. Tbh, I didn't know what a good poop really was until I started the water, and I now feel like I'm 'cleared out'. I didn't really know what that feeling was either! The water is also supported by UK and EU authorised health claims for digestive health.

It's prebiotic fibre which is good for gut health and wellbeing, and not only am I feeling so much better, I'm sleeping better, too.

Yes.

It also gave me awful heartburn and reflux and if too far gone vomitting.

You could take Inulin, which is the dietary fibre in the above mentioned Io water, and easier to purchase (my sainsburys sells it). Just take a few teaspoons a day in coffee or tea (it’s almost tasteless), and it helps you to go. I take it, and find its a real help.
