Recently started treatment for peri menopause. All au naturel.Oestrogel gel and Progestin tabs.
2 weeks on both - noted a difference in calmness and great sleep. Slept like a baby.
2 weeks on Oestrogel alone - feel highly strung (like I did pre treatment), sleeping super late at night and falling asleep in the day. Also my hunger!! Saying I am FAMISHED is putting it mildly. I'm so hungry it's ridiculous.
So oestrogel alone (BIG HUNGER)... oestrogel and progestin combined 'perfect'
